The two gradients improvement I’m talking about are:

• Transparency in gradients: you can now define individual opacity for every stop
• Gradients exposed: it’s finally possible to see where the start and end stops are right on the object

I’ve been hoping for these, in fact both features have been present in open source SVG editor Inkscape for a long time now and turned out to be very useful in many circumstances.

I’ve just downloaded the trial now, I’m really curious to see if besides the new features also some VERY annoying problems of CS3 have been fixed. Keep you posted.
