Konqueror, the khtml powered KDE’s web browser. There’s a nice story behind the making of what I think is my favorite icon ever.
The icon is part of the Oxygen icon theme and can be seen in any desktop running KDE 4. The source file is in SVG format and is available in KDE svn repositories.
